What are the solar panel component materials? And what is the role of each component?
 
Solar panel is the key part of all solar powered led lights, including solar led garden lights, solar powered led flood lights, solar LED tunnel lighting,led street lights solar,led solar pathway lights, led solar motion light and so on.
 
Photovoltaic modules generally refer to solar cell modules. As a terminal product of the photovoltaic industry, photovoltaic modules are closely integrated with the market. The products will directly face customers. There are many kinds of raw materials used, and the selection of different materials will directly affect the relevant performance of the modules. So, what are the main raw materials of photovoltaic modules?
 
Photovoltaic modules are composed of high-efficiency crystalline silicon solar cells, ultra-white cloth-patterned tempered glass, EVA, transparent TPT backplane and aluminum alloy frame. It has the characteristics of long service life and strong mechanical compression and external force.
 
1. Solar cells
A solar cell is a device that directly converts light energy into electrical energy. It is made of semiconductor materials. The electron-hole pairs are excited by the sunlight, and the electrostatic field in the P-N junction barrier is used to separate the electron-hole pairs. The separated electrons and holes are collected and output to the outside of the battery through the electrodes to form a current .
 
2. Tin-coated copper tape
It is made of oxygen-free copper shearing and straightening, and all outer surfaces have a hot-dip coating. The tin-coated tape is used to draw out the electrodes of the solar cells and connect the cells during the production of solar photovoltaic modules. It is required to have high welding operability, firmness and flexibility.
 
3. EVA
The copolymer of ethylene and vinyl acetate is a hot melt adhesive. It is used to encapsulate the solar cell to prevent the external environment from affecting the electrical performance of the solar cell, enhance the light transmittance of the photovoltaic module, and bond the solar cell, tempered glass, and backplane together, which has a certain bonding strength and has a certain bonding strength. The electrical performance output of the component has a gain effect.
