Recessed downlight LED consists of light LEDs, downlight housing, and power supply. For downlight lamp LEDs, we can use high-power LEDs such as a single 1W lamp LEDs, and we can also use low-power lamp LEDs such as SMD 2835, SMD 5050, SMD 5630, etc. LED downlights generally illuminate at a vertical distance of 4-5 meters. There are three main parts that determine the lifetime of a
lampu downlight LED: LED light LEDs, LED heat dissipation "design of the shell", and LED power supply. LED lamp bead manufacturers determine the main life of down lighting led. At present, foreign high-quality chip manufacturers include American CREE, Japan’s Nichia, Citizen, etc., and Taiwanese manufacturer Epistar (in China refers to the purchase of Epistar LED The products that the chips are packaged are mostly produced in China by Taiwanese factories or cross-strait packaging factories), Everlight, etc., and mainland manufacturers such as Sanan Optoelectronics.
  
Generally speaking, high-quality
LED down lighting manufacturers will use foreign CREELED chips, at least one of the highly stable products recognized in the market. The lamp downlight made in this way has high natural brightness and long lifespan, but it is expensive. Chips made by Taiwanese manufacturers have a long lifespan, but the price is relatively low, which can basically be accepted by Chinese local mid-market customers. Chips in China's local market have shorter lifespans and greater light decay, but the lowest price has become the first choice for a large number of small manufacturers to fight for prices. What kind of LED lamp beads and LED chips are used directly determines the positioning of LED recessed downlights manufacturers and their social responsibilities in the industry.
  
The LED power supply is the heart of the
down led lights, which has a great impact on the life of the ceiling recessed downlight. Generally speaking, LED downlight bulbs are powered by 110/220V, while the domestic market in China is powered by 220V. Since the development time of LED lights is relatively short, and the country has no standard for its power supply, the LED power supply on the market is uneven, ringing, and a large number of low PF values ​​can not flood the market with EMC power supply. The life of the electrolytic capacitor of the power supply also directly determines the life of the power supply. Because everyone is sensitive to the price, trying to reduce the cost of the power supply, resulting in the low conversion power of the LED power supply, and the short lifespan makes the LED downlight change from a "long life lamp" to a "short life" light".
  
The heat dissipation design of the
recessed led ceiling downlight also has a major impact on its lifespan. The heat of the LED starts to be conducted from the lamp beads to the internal PCB and then exported to the shell, and then the shell is conducted to the air through convection or conduction. The heat dissipation of the PCB must be fast enough, the heat dissipation performance of the thermal grease must be good enough, and the heat dissipation area of ​​the shell must be large enough. The reasonable design of several factors determines that the PN junction temperature cannot be higher than 65 degrees during the normal operation of the LED lamp to ensure the LED The chip is at normal operating temperature and will not cause light decay due to excessively high temperature.

The LED radiator can well solve the related problems caused by the radiator's inability to conduct heat from the lamp beads and the internal PCB: and applied for a national patent; it is made of high-quality 6063 aluminum material to form a heat and heat dissipation effect. , To achieve high-efficiency heat conduction and heat dissipation; the top of the radiator is designed with multiple radiating holes, which are connected with the radiating fins on the periphery of the radiator to realize air convection. Like multiple chimneys, the heat of the LED is discharged upward, and heat dissipation is realized through the heat sink, so as to realize efficient heat dissipation.
